Reservation Policy

01. Send your reservation request

Select Reserve this car on the vehicle page. Enter your full name, phone number and email address, with an optional message. The selected vehicle details are attached automatically.

Please check your contact details before submitting so we can reach you. Read this policy and our Privacy Policy before sending the request.

02. When a car becomes reserved

Submitting a request does not automatically reserve a vehicle. The car remains available until Ghani Motors expressly confirms a hold. An initial receipt message acknowledges your request only.

Our team checks availability and contacts you about the next steps. If we accept the request, the confirmation identifies the vehicle and the next steps. We tell you if we cannot accept the request.

03. Reservation period

The hold period is the period stated in your individual confirmation. There is no automatic standard hold created by completing the online form. Contact us before the stated expiry if you need an extension; an extension takes effect only when we agree it.

When a confirmed hold expires, the vehicle can become available to other customers unless we have agreed otherwise.

04. Charges and obligation to buy

No reservation payment is taken through this request service. Sending a request does not commit you to buy the car. A reservation is separate from any later vehicle purchase agreement, inspection, test drive or finance arrangement.

05. Cancelling a request or hold

You may withdraw a free request or cancel a free hold without charge. Call +44 7427 437572 or write to Ghani Motors Ltd, trading as Ghani Motors, Ghani Motors Ltd, 11a Hewett Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM8 2XT. Quote your name and the vehicle registration or reference.

If we must cancel a hold, we notify you promptly and explain the next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

06. After you submit

You will see an acknowledgement of your request. Please wait for our team to confirm availability and reservation details. Do not assume the vehicle is held based only on the on-screen acknowledgement.
