Test Drive Policy

01. Request a test drive

Select Request a test drive on the vehicle page. Provide your full name, phone number, email address and preferred date and time. You can add an optional message. The selected vehicle details are attached automatically. No customer account is required.

Your preferred time is a request and depends on availability, opening hours and the team’s ability to prepare the vehicle.

02. Wait for appointment confirmation

Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment. Our team will contact you to agree the date, time and vehicle availability. The on-screen acknowledgement only confirms that we have received your request.

Please wait for confirmation from Ghani Motors before visiting the showroom for your test drive. If you have not received confirmation, call +44 7427 437572 before travelling.

03. Bring your original driving licence

Please bring your original driving licence to your confirmed appointment. A photograph or photocopy alone is not sufficient for our licence check. We check that you are legally entitled to drive the selected vehicle.

Any insurer requirements about accepted licences, driving experience, eligibility or additional documentation will be explained before the drive. Do not upload a licence image through the general booking form.

04. Insurance and safe driving

The drive is subject to applicable insurance conditions and our safety checks. We explain any insurance excess, other applicable charge or driving conditions and obtain your agreement before the drive.

Do not drive if you are impaired, unfit to drive or not legally entitled to drive. Follow staff instructions, the agreed route and road traffic laws. The dealership may decline or stop a drive where legal, insurance or safety requirements are not met.

05. Changing or cancelling your appointment

Call +44 7427 437572 if you need to cancel, rearrange or discuss accessibility support. Please give your name, vehicle reference and confirmed appointment time.

If availability, safety checks or other operational circumstances mean we must change an appointment, we tell you as soon as practicable and discuss alternatives. A test drive does not oblige you to purchase.

06. Your personal information

We use booking details to handle and confirm your request. Licence and insurance verification information is limited to what is necessary, and any copying or retention will be explained before collection. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and contact options.

07. Confirmation reminder

Your test drive request is subject to confirmation. Once your appointment is confirmed, please bring your original driving licence to Ghani Motors, Ghani Motors Ltd, 11a Hewett Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM8 2XT.
