Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for using our website and services.

Online requests start a conversation with our team. A test drive request or reservation request is not a vehicle purchase.

01. About Ghani Motors

This website is operated by Ghani Motors Ltd, trading as Ghani Motors. Contact address: Ghani Motors Ltd, 11a Hewett Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM8 2XT. Telephone: +44 7427 437572. These terms are effective from 5 November 2026.

Our Reservation Policy and Test Drive Policy explain those request services. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal information and device technologies are handled.

02. Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, seek unauthorised access or interfere with service availability. We may take proportionate measures to protect the website and its users.

03. Vehicle information and prices

We aim to provide accurate vehicle descriptions, photographs, advertised prices and availability. Please contact us to clarify a specification or discrepancy before proceeding. Relevant material information and unavoidable charges must be shown clearly.

If a genuine error is identified, we explain it and agree any proposed correction before a contract is formed. This does not allow us to disregard an existing binding agreement, mislead customers or remove statutory rights. Availability can change before a reservation is confirmed.

04. Requests and contract formation

An automated receipt confirms that your request reached us; it does not confirm an appointment, hold a vehicle or accept a vehicle purchase. A test drive or reservation becomes confirmed only when our team expressly confirms it.

Any later vehicle sale is subject to a separate sale agreement and the applicable pre-contract information. The actual sales process and when a binding agreement is made determine the legal position; describing a transaction as a reservation does not override that position.

05. Your rights when buying a vehicle

A consumer vehicle purchase must meet applicable requirements for satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description, taking relevant circumstances such as age, mileage and price into account. Where those requirements are not met, rights may include rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund as applicable. A warranty is additional to those statutory rights.

A qualifying breach can give a short-term right to reject, normally within 30 days. Later remedies depend on the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

06. Cancellations and refunds

Free reservation requests and holds can be cancelled as explained in our Reservation Policy. Test drive requests can be cancelled or rearranged by contacting the dealership.

A sale concluded at the dealership does not generally have an automatic change-of-mind cancellation right unless we offer one. This does not affect rights relating to a vehicle that fails to meet legal requirements.

Where a vehicle purchase is concluded under an organised distance-selling arrangement, statutory cancellation rights may apply even if the vehicle is collected at the showroom. Generally, you have 14 days after the day you receive the vehicle to notify cancellation and a further 14 days to return it.

07. Content, links and availability

We own or license the website content. You may view and save reasonable extracts for personal vehicle research. Commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party services and links operate under their own terms.

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but maintenance and technical issues may interrupt availability. We remain responsible where the law makes us responsible. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08. Complaints

Call +44 7427 437572 or write to Ghani Motors Ltd, trading as Ghani Motors at our contact address with your vehicle reference, relevant dates, concern and requested resolution. We review the matter and communicate the outcome; if it takes longer, we explain the next steps.

Privacy complaints follow the procedure in our Privacy Policy. Where legally required for an unresolved consumer dispute, we provide details of a competent alternative dispute resolution body and explain whether we are obliged or willing to participate.

09. Applicable law and changes

These terms use the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in their home courts where applicable.

The date at the top identifies this version. Later changes do not retrospectively alter an existing agreement without a lawful basis.
